How does the Flex Hire Account actually work?
You choose a tier based on the equipment you need. We deliver the kit, you use it. When your project changes and you need something different, we swap it out — all covered within your monthly fee. One invoice at the end of the month.
Yes. Unlimited swaps are included in every tier. Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange the collection and delivery. There’s no cap on how many times you can swap within your billing period.
Each tier is cumulative — so if you sign up for Tier 3, you have access to every item in Tiers 1, 2 and 3. You don’t lose access to the smaller equipment as you move up. Tier 4 gives you the full fleet across all tiers.
No long-term contracts. The Flex Hire Account runs monthly and you can cancel or adjust your tier with notice. We want you to stay because it works for you — not because you’re locked in.
As a Flex Hire Account holder, you earn a 10% loyalty rebate on your hire. The longer you stay with us, the more you earn back. We’ll discuss the specifics when you get in touch — it’s one of the benefits we’re most proud of.
Yes. All routine servicing of the equipment you’re using under your Flex Hire Account is covered by us. If something needs attention, we sort it — you’re not left on site with downtime and a bill.
Every delivery and collection is included in your monthly fee. We cover Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. Tell us your site location and we’ll confirm lead times.

Absolutely. If your workload grows and you need access to heavier or more specialised equipment, we can upgrade your tier. Just get in touch and we’ll sort the adjustment.
We handle it. Breakdown cover and routine servicing are included. If there’s a fault with the equipment we’ve supplied, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair — that’s part of the deal.
